Returns & Exchanges

At MISSION, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all athlete-grade packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your account email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
